The motel where Jack and Kate found Aaron’s grandmother, Carole Littleton (“The Little Prince,” Ep. 5×04), was the Pacific Marina Inn near Keehi Lagoon (2628 Waiwai Lp.). The hospital that was the nexus of several storylines in the flash-sideways in Season 6 was the Nuuanu location of the Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific (226 North Kuakini Street). Jack and Juliet worked there, and patients included Claire, Locke, Sun, and Sayid’s brother. Visitors included Kate, Sawyer, Sayid, Nadia, Helen, and David. The location was also used to portray the care home where Anthony Cooper lived (“The Candidate, Ep. 6×14). (continue reading…)

One of the final scenes of “LOST,” in which most of the characters came together in the flash-sideways before “moving on” (Ep. 6×17, “The End”), was filmed inside the St. Margaret Mary Chapel at Sacred Hearts Academy (3253 Waialae Avenue) in Kaimuki. It was the same church where the “Lamp Post” station was hidden (Ep. 5×05, “This Place Is Death,” and Ep. 5×06, “316″). The grounds of Sacred Hearts Academy were used for several exterior shots in the same episodes. (continue reading…)

The hospital where Kate takes Claire when she goes into labor (“What Kate Does,” Ep. 6×03) is Hawaii Medical Center West, formerly St. Francis Hospital, at 91-2135 Fort Weaver Road. The street number on the building is briefly visible in the background as the camera follows Kate from the taxi cab. The interior scenes (featuring Kate, Claire, and Ethan) were also filmed here. The bustling arrivals and baggage claim area of Los Angeles International Airport was filmed at the Honolulu International Airport, in and around Baggage Claim F (lower level, east end). This includes the small office where Jack and Locke meet, the tunnel and skylight Kate sees as she flees the building, and the pickup area where Kate jumps into Claire’s taxi cab.
