Locations where Jack (Matthew Fox) appeared.

Honolulu International Airport

The bustling arrivals and baggage claim area of Los Angeles International Airport was filmed at the Honolulu International Airport, in and around Baggage Claim F (lower level, east end). This includes the small office where Jack and Locke meet, the tunnel and skylight Kate sees as she flees the building, and the pickup area where Kate jumps into Claire’s taxi cab. Note that the customs station where Jin and Sun are stopped is a different location. Continue reading Honolulu International Airport

Aloha Stadium

The stadium where Jack first meets Desmond (“Man of Science, Man of Faith,” Ep. 2×01), and where we later see Penny track him down (“Live Together, Die Alone, Ep. 2×23), is Aloha Stadium (99-500 Salt Lake Blvd.), the largest sports venue in Hawaii. The stadium was revisited in Season 6, when Desmond tracks down Penny in the flash-sideways (“Happily Ever After,” Ep. 6×11). Continue reading Aloha Stadium

Bishop Museum

The State Museum of Cultural and Natural History, Bishop Museum, has served as a filming location for several episodes. The museum’s “Great Lawn” was where Eloise was staging the “fusion” concert when Desmond visited her in the flash-sideways (“Happily Ever After,” Ep. 6×11, “The End,” Ep. 6×17). The backstage area where Claire gave birth to Aaron was the Long Gallery inside historic Hawaiian Hall. The side of the Hawaiian Hall has also appeared as the London waterfront (“Flashes Before Your Eyes,” Ep. 3×08) and as a snowy street in Russia (“He’s Our You,” Ep. 5×10). Walter Murray Gibson Building

The police station where Sarah finds Jack (”A Tale of Two Cities,” Ep. 3×01), and where Sawyer and Miles work (“Recon,” Ep. 6×08), is the old Honolulu Police Station building at the corner of Merchant and Bethel streets, now called the Walter Murray Gibson Building (842 Bethel St.). First Hawaiian Center

The sleek, cavernous office of Sun’s father (”In Translation,” Ep. 1×17, “Glass Ballerina,” Ep. 2×02), and the lawyer’s office where Jack and Sarah argue (”A Tale of Two Cities,” Ep. 3×01), is the mezzanine gallery space inside First Hawaiian Center, the tallest building in the state (999 Bishop St.).
