The interior of “Spanish Johnny’s,” the Mexican restaurant where Hurley met Libby in the flash-sideways (“Everybody Loves Hugo,” Ep. 6×12), was Bandito’s Cantina at Pearlridge Center (98-151 Pali Momi St.). The exterior was Pinky’s Pupu Bar & Grill.

Anna Bannana’s

“Jax,” the dive bar to which Desmond followed Charlie after Charlie was bailed out of jail (“Happily Ever After,” Ep. 6×11) is Anna Bananna’s (2440 S. Beretania St.), a renown college dive bar near the University of Hawaii. In the episode, the bar is depicted as being across the street from the Airport Courthouse, played by Hale Auhau.

Diamond Head Grill

The fancy bar and restaurant where Sawyer met his blind date Charlotte (“Recon,” Ep. 6×08) was the Diamond Head Grill in The Lotus at Diamond Head hotel (2885 Kalakaua Ave., formerly the W Hotel) in Waikiki.

Bob’s Big Boy

The diner where Sawyer met with Hibbs, and where Kate’s mom, Diane, also surfaced (“The Long Con,” Ep. 2×13), is Bob’s Big Boy (2828 Paa St.). The restaurant was closed after a fire in April 2009 but the owners have said they plan to reopen.

Mr. Cluck’s Chicken Shack, where Hurley, Johnny and Randy worked (“Everybody Hates Hugo,” Ep. 2×04), was the Popeye’s Chicken in Iwilei (1515 Dillingham Blvd.). The restaurant was revisited in Season 3 (“Tricia Tanaka Is Dead,” Ep. 3×10) and Season 6 (“Everybody Loves Hugo,” Ep. 6×12).

Fisherman’s Wharf

The waterfront bar where Ana Lucia and Dr. Shepherd parted company in Sydney (“Two for the Road,” Ep. 2×20), briefly bumping into Sawyer, was Fisherman’s Wharf at the end of Ward Ave. (1009 Ala Moana Blvd.). The locations crew put up a sign with reversed letters and a backwards stop sign, then flipped the film in order to create the illusion of right-hand drive cars.
