Presumably, the same location was used when Kate returned to deliver Aaron later in the season (“Whatever Happened, Happened,” Ep. 5×11).

The show used the resort’s picturesque and popular beachfront gazeebo, a hotel ballroom overlooking a waterfall, and the hotel pool.

The interior was also used for the coroner’s office. This location was also where Charlie’s childhood nightmare sequence was filmed (“Fire+Water,” Ep. 2×12).
