The motel where Jack and Kate found Aaron’s grandmother, Carole Littleton (“The Little Prince,” Ep. 5×04), was the Pacific Marina Inn near Keehi Lagoon (2628 Waiwai Lp.). Presumably, the same location was used when Kate returned to deliver Aaron later in the season (“Whatever Happened, Happened,” Ep. 5×11). (continue reading…)

The hospital that was the nexus of several storylines in the flash-sideways in Season 6 was the Nuuanu location of the Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific (226 North Kuakini Street). Jack and Juliet worked there, and patients included Claire, Locke, Sun, and Sayid’s brother. Visitors included Kate, Sawyer, Sayid, Nadia, Helen, and David. The location was also used to portray the care home where Anthony Cooper lived (“The Candidate, Ep. 6×14). (continue reading…)

The office building where Claire went to visit the adoption agency, and where Desmond introduced her to his lawyer Ilana (“The Last Recruit,” Ep. 6×13), was Pauahi Tower in downtown Honolulu (1001 Bishop St.). The lobby was transformed with a check-in desk and a sign that read “Constellation Tower.” Desmond and Claire took the escalator to the mezzanine level, then took the elevator to the 15th floor. Jack and his son David later arrived for the reading of Christian’s will. The mezzanine level also stood in for Heathrow Airport when Sayid was apprehended (“The Greater Good,” Ep. 1×21). The same view is revisited during the conversation between Jacob and the Man in Black during Season Six (“Ab Aeterno,” Ep. 6×09). The valley contains a number of iconic “LOST” locations.
