The motel where Jack and Kate found Aaron’s grandmother, Carole Littleton (“The Little Prince,” Ep. 5×04), was the Pacific Marina Inn near Keehi Lagoon (2628 Waiwai Lp.). Presumably, the same location was used when Kate returned to deliver Aaron later in the season (“Whatever Happened, Happened,” Ep. 5×11). (continue reading…)

Rehab Hospital of the Pacific

The hospital that was the nexus of several storylines in the flash-sideways in Season 6 was the Nuuanu location of the Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific (226 North Kuakini Street). Jack and Juliet worked there, and patients included Claire, Locke, Sun, and Sayid’s brother. Visitors included Kate, Sawyer, Sayid, Nadia, Helen, and David. The location was also used to portray the care home where Anthony Cooper lived (“The Candidate, Ep. 6×14). (continue reading…)

Ala Moana Beach Park

Anna Bannana’s

“Jax,” the dive bar to which Desmond followed Charlie after Charlie was bailed out of jail (“Happily Ever After,” Ep. 6×11) is Anna Bananna’s (2440 S. Beretania St.), a renown college dive bar near the University of Hawaii. In the episode, the bar is depicted as being across the street from the Airport Courthouse, played by Hale Auhau. Sacred Hearts Academy

One of the final scenes of “LOST,” in which most of the characters came together in the flash-sideways before “moving on” (Ep. 6×17, “The End”), was filmed inside the St. Margaret Mary Chapel at Sacred Hearts Academy (3253 Waialae Avenue) in Kaimuki. It was the same church where the “Lamp Post” station was hidden (Ep. 5×05, “This Place Is Death,” and Ep. 5×06, “316″). The grounds of Sacred Hearts Academy were used for several exterior shots in the same episodes. (continue reading…)
